Description: A bulbous shaker with six wide lobes like on a Gillinder Melon shaker (see original Gillinder ad in Peterson, pg. 181). However, this shaker has shells and scrolls embossing at top and bottom of each lobe.
Decoration: HP aster with eight large violet leaves and yellow center surrounded by green leaves.
Colors Known: Opalware.
Size: 2-3/4" tall; 2-1/4 max. dia.; 1-1/2" base dia.
Date: Ca. 1891-1897.
