Reference(s): Peterson, Glass Salt Shakers, pg. 181 shows a Fostoria original ad for this shaker. Also, shown in Lechner II, pg. 223-5 and called "Dual Scroll".
Description: This is a stubby, concave, circular cross-section shaker with embossed rings of scrolling. One ring is just below the neck and the other just above the base. Has disc base.
Decoration: HP with leafy, floral design. Gilding on scrolling.
Colors Known: Opalware.
Size: 2-3/8" tall; 2-1/8" max. width.
Date: Ca. 1898.
