Maker: Consolidated Lamp and Glass Company.
Reference(s): Shown in a 1896 catalog as #45. Named by Heacock in Rare and Unlisted Toothpick Holders, pg. 33, #1163. Also, see Special Comments below.
Description: A short, truncated shaker with six, slightly bulging wide panels that taper inward from the bottom upward. There is slight, indentation ring around the upper and just above that is a wider, embossed ring with a wavy scroll pattern. Shaker has a flat bottom and shoulder.
Decoration: None.
Colors Known: Opaque rose, turquois, marine, and a white/pink variegated mix.
Size: 1-3/4" tall; 1-5/8" dia.at scrolling; 1-7/8" max. base dia.

Special Comments: The shaker shown in the 1896 catalog was marine. Other colors were listed. It had no name except #45. Submitter thought name was an OMN, but Heacock claimed credit for the name and Lechner attributed the name to him.
